One of my favorate things about fall is the fact that fresh apples are a given. The only thing I might love more than a fresh apple is a fresh baked dessert. I am obsessed with apple desserts. What can be better than perfectly spiced apple wrapped up in flaky puff pastry. NOTHING…. Not a darn thing could be better.
This recipe is so super easy to make. Basically cut up some apples, toss in some spice, roll them in puff pastry, bake ’em and BAM. Deliciciousness!!!!
Essentially you get he taste of an apple pie without all the fuss. I’m all for that. During the holidays I have so many things to bake that I love a good short cut.
Make them today. So good, the temptation is that you won’t want to share.
