These baked crispy parmesan chicken wings taste like they are fried. With this recipe you get to cut down on the fat and still enjoy all the flavor.
Crispy Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • Baked Parmesan wings
  • - 4lbs Wings
  • - 1/2 tsp cumin
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • - 1 tsp paprika
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • - 1/4 cup Parmesan for sprinkling
  • SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat Oven to 250 F.
  2. Dry wings with a paper towel. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Place wings in a freezer bag with dry ingredients and shake. Allow to sit in fridge overnight or for at least 1 hour. Place wings on oven safe wire rack .Bake wings for 30 minutes. Turn up oven to 450 F and bake for 50 minutes turning wings half way through the baking process.
  3. In a medium saucepan place all ingredients on medium low until butter is fully melted. Cook for about 1-2 until the garlic has lost the harsh bite.
  4. Toss in Butter sauce then sprinkle with Parmesan
