Pre-heat Oven to 250 F.

Dry wings with a paper towel. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Place wings in a freezer bag with dry ingredients and shake. Allow to sit in fridge overnight or for at least 1 hour. Place wings on oven safe wire rack .Bake wings for 30 minutes. Turn up oven to 450 F and bake for 50 minutes turning wings half way through the baking process.

In a medium saucepan place all ingredients on medium low until butter is fully melted. Cook for about 1-2 until the garlic has lost the harsh bite.

Toss in Butter sauce then sprinkle with Parmesan
