Smoked Paprika Tomato Dressing 

Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoon Hot Honey (or 2 teaspoon honey and a generous pinch of Cheyenne pepper)
  • 2 Clove Garlic crushed
  • 1/4 Cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix juice, honey, paprika, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth. Drizzle in oil while blending. Pour extra in a airtight container and store in the fridge.
