Perhaps it’s because  there is online more day until the weekend. On Thursdays we usually have salads- I gotta keep it light because Abdel brings home take out on Fridays. So now that I’ve overshared a bit- let’s talk about this salad dressing. First off this Smoked Paprika Tomato Dressing is smokey, earthy, sweet and tangy. This Smoked Paprika Tomato Dressing has all the essential for a sauce addiction- it is tangy, smokey, a little sweet and extra creamy. I must confess, I have had it on more than salads. I’ve had it with fries (remember the Sheet Pan chicken and fries situation? I mean come one! This Smoked Paprika Tomato Dressing  is great as dipping sauce for vegetables and generally smothering everything that comes across the dinner table. Smoked Paprika Tomato Dressing

Smoked Paprika Tomato Dressing 

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoon Hot Honey (or 2 teaspoon honey and a generous pinch of Cheyenne pepper)
  • 2 Clove Garlic crushed
  • 1/4 Cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix juice, honey, paprika, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth. Drizzle in oil while blending. Pour extra in a airtight container and store in the fridge.

    This looks so creamy! I love the idea of using it as a dipping sauce for veggies. My kids always ask for ketchup maybe I can make a big batch of this and store it in the fridge.

    1. Hi Cassey! I have to constantly plan a head now that I have kids because even if they like they have pretend to hate eating vegetables. I think it is the weird preteen phase or something lol 🙂
