This hot chocolate is my idea of comfort food. It is warming, creamy and perfectly decadent. Loaded with marshmallows and topped with a muffintop is all I need in life. I’m not the only one that likes to dip things in their hot chocolate right? I was so happy to get the opportunity to use these muffintops. I love that this is a smarter way to indudge.
I dream about chilly days, where I can stay in my PJs and wear a messy bun and drink Hot chocolate. I live in Florida, so we don’t get many chilly days. But this morning I woke up to the weather being in the 60’s. I was so happy. Hot chocolate is a big deal in our house. To say the least.
A major highlight for me this month was creating all these healthy recipes. I know I’ve already touched on this topic this time, but seriously, these have been some of my favorite recipes. And these muffintops and coconut hot chocolate combo might just be one of my favorites.
Just a lil heads up these muffintops are in the freezer isle so not only are they good for ya but they are also ver conveniet.
Light, creamy, fluffy, chocolatey perfection. In my current mood, I’ve been making this almost every other day. I think it might be because of valentine’s day just passing but I’ve really been in a chocolate(y) mood.
Look at those marshmellows…… So now you see why I love this SO much?
And then bonus – they’re healthy too! Actually, they’re more than healthy, they’re like superfood status. BY that I mean I feel super eating it.
