Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken Cauliflower and Fries

Jump to Recipe

This easy Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken Cauliflower and Fries recipes is quick the throw together and loaded with crunch, flavor and different textures. The chicken has zero breading so it is a better option for a lighter week night dinner.

Hi guys!!!!!!!! I snuck in another post today. I am all about sheet pan dinners as of lately. Less clean up. Less prep time and less worry. I love this meal because it is like an explosion of parmesan in every bit. Starting with the savory chicken tenders to the crunchy fries and to be extra healthy by sneaking in the roasted cauliflower steaks- everyone in the family wins.

My kids love the chicken tender and I love that it has no breading so no extra calories. The kids love the fries and I love that they are baked not fried. And the kids love the cheesy cauliflower and I love that I can sneak in a vegetable in what would ordinarily be junk food. So I love that I kinda cheated the junk food god on this one.

Did I mention this all happens on my trusty sheet pan? I have a mini collection going on that I’m kinda a shamed to share. Some girls collect shoes – I collect baking sheets. hahahhahha!

Like is there a more perfect food that is meant to be roasted? I can’t think of one. I woke up craving roasted cauliflower. Odd- I know. But this is also someone that collects baking trays for fun and because sometimes I make triple recipes of cookies. —–> Judgement free zone <——

This chicken is so good. It is seriously the most satisfying chicken tender recipe. The kids don’t even miss the breading because the melted cheese forms a glorious crust on the top. I bake everything in the oven and in the last minutes I turn on the broiler because I love seeing cheese bubble.

Yasssssssssss! See the crust? You know what I’m talking about now! Okay I’ll stop shouting. but nothing can defuse my excitement.

Oh the cheese. Oh the crunchiness. Oh the cheesy crunchiness.

I promise you won’t miss the breading on these baked chicken tenders. The kids genuinely looked confused that they truly enjoyed the roasted cauliflower. Make this for dinner today. They won’t know what is coming.

Enjoy!

This easy Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken Cauliflower and Fries recipes is quick the throw together and loaded with crunch, flavor and different textures.

Servings: 5 People
Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Chicken tender
  • 1 1/2 -2 Cups Parmesan Shaved
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 2 Tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Melted
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • salt and fresh pepper to taste
  • 2 Cups Waffle fries (I used Alexia)
  • 1 Head Cauliflowers Sliced into steaks
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.

Place the fries on next. Melt the butter in a shallow dish. Slice the cauliflower into steaks. Place on the baking sheet. Brush the cauliflower and fries with melted butter and LASTLY the chicken. Sprinkle the dry mixture on the cauliflower, fries and chicken tender.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. In the last 5 minutes turn on the boiler and broiler until the cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle on some fresh parsley for good measure. Enjoy!
