Can it be possible to live on dip alone? Well I’m willing to try. I’ve made this 5- minute Whipped Greek Feta Dip two days in a row now and I can’t find one reason now to make another batch. I’ve had it on pita chips, on grill cheese sandwiches and with good ol’ pretzel chips. I’m so glad I got to work with Mezzetta on this recipe because it was an absolute pleasure.
I love the fact that this is a non- cooking dip. I mean the clean up was a breeze too. I tossed the food processor in the dish washer and that was it. I love every nit of that.
I usually have pepperoncini peppers on my pizza. So the idea of using the extra peppers in a new recipe was so much fun. The addition of the pepperoncini pepper gives this dip a extra kick.
The best part is that I made this dip with items you may already have on hand. This dip is easy to throw together and easier to eat. The kids had it with crackers and those pretzel chips.
You could stop here and it would be pretty awesome but I added a spicy sun-dried tomato relish to kick things up.
I had to fight them off so that I could take the pictures for the blog. Jb became my helper and half the feta cheese ended up in her tummy. Jonathan and Jade are a little slicker- they each distracted me while the other snuck out samples of this dip.
It literally caused such a buzz in the kitchen. It was so good that Abdel used it as a salad dressing for dinner. Yup, I have a problem on my hands. The kids want grill cheese sandwiches with this tomorrow AGAIN and to be honest I’m excited to make it. Because this dip is that good.
I know what is a great game day dip to make for the beginning of football season. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did over here.
Peace and Love,
