I love bread and I cannot lie!

You other carb lovers can’t deny!

I am not even going to apologies for my poor rhyming skills, because what I do lack in rhymes I make up with this bread. It is amazing. I have made this bread everyday of the past week. I literally cannot eat enough. This parmesan bread is so easy to make.

Main cast of characters:

yeast

Le Yeast…. or yeast

salt

Le salt …. or salt.

flour

Le all purpose flour.

mixed

Do not fret if when stirring the dough if it looks like you did something wrong. Let’s do a trust exercise on this one.

after14hrs

Don’t be scared because the dough looks a little wet. This is good in this case because a wetter dough allows the bread to be lighter.

formed-Dough

Oh me oh my. I just love the sight of dough.

wrapped-up

Quick tip: Place the dough on parchment paper when allowing to rise that way you can easily transfer it to the warm dutch oven.

This is what the bread looks like 10 – 15 minutes before it comes out of the oven.
