Now, this is the perfect way to start the weekend. Homemade whipped honey butter on a warm freshly made flaky buttermilk biscuit literally is my happy place right now. What more can I ask for?
Homemade whipped honey butter is so easy to make it only takes 5 minutes. Those are my favorite types of recipes.
Homemade whipped honey butter was invented in brunch heaven. I want to personally thank whom every thought of whipping honey into butter because it is one of the simple joys of my life to make this. I still remember having it as a child. I snuck into my Grandmother fridge and ate a whole batch in one go. I didn’t leave a drop for anyone. Man oh man was I in trouble but it was worth it.
This is so simple to make. You only need three ingredients and hello gourmet town. I like to make small batches it lessens the temptation. Hahahahhahaha!
I used nutmeg in this recipe but please feel free to add herbs, maple syrup, cinnamon. Or be radical and leave everything out and just have pure whipped butter. It is a game changer too. Just use this recipe as a guideline and make it your own. After all that is the joy of cooking.
We have it on toast, buttermilk waffles, warm dinner rolls, breakfast loafs, sandwiches, or pancakes. The best way in right on a spoon straight out of the ridge. Trust me, it is that good.
Make it right now!

This homemade whipped honey butter is good on anything. From hot dinner rolls to pancakes, this easy recipe can make something simple taste extraordinary.
